RLM Films Privacy Policy

1. Scope and controller

Ramy Louis Media, LLC controls information collected through RLM Media Command and the RLM Worlds storefront, film archive, checkout handoff, protected digital delivery, and Customer Care experience. Third parties control information they collect on their own services.

2. Information we collect

• Contact and order information, such as email address, product, price, currency, order status, and purchase time.
• Attribution information showing which RLM film, world, campaign, or social destination led to a visit or purchase.
• First-party storefront activity, such as pages viewed, film plays, checkout intent, an approximate country, region, or city derived server-side from the connection, and general device or browser family.
• Protected-library records, including permanent entitlement status, access and download events, revocation, and security events.
• Device, browser, network, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the store.
• Messages and information a person chooses to send to Customer Care.

3. Payment information

Stripe processes checkout and payment credentials. RLM Media receives transaction identifiers, payment status, limited customer and payment details, refunds, disputes, fees, and related records. RLM Media does not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

4. How we use information

• Complete orders, confirm payment, email private immediate-download and library links, provide permanent library access, and assist customers.
• Operate film and product pages and preserve purchase records.
• Understand which films, worlds, campaigns, and social destinations bring visitors to the store.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, credential sharing, and attempts to bypass viewing controls.
• Comply with accounting, tax, legal, and security obligations and improve store reliability.

5. TikTok integration data

When the founder authorizes a TikTok creator account, RLM Media Command receives the account's TikTok identifier and basic profile information through user.info.basic. With permission, it reads public-video identifiers, descriptions, publication times, and available public performance counts through video.list so Command can display verified reporting. When the founder separately approves a private-draft transfer, video.upload is used to send that exact media file and record the delivery receipt. Direct Post is disabled.

TikTok access and refresh tokens are encrypted in the private studio vault and are not exposed in the public storefront or browser interface. TikTok-derived records are retained only as needed for account connection, audit history, private-draft delivery, and verified performance reporting. Disconnecting the account stops new access; deletion requests can be submitted through Customer Care. TikTok remains an independent service governed by its own privacy practices.

6. Cookies and similar storage

The store uses only the browser storage, cookies, and provider handoffs needed for core operation, security, checkout, delivery, saved preferences, and first-party measurement. Web Intelligence uses a random first-party browser-session cookie, shared across store tabs and removed when the browser session ends, to count a session without an advertising identifier. It does not identify a person or follow anyone across unrelated sites. A separate protected exclusion cookie prevents founder previews from entering audience figures. RLM Worlds does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising. See the Cookie Notice for details.

7. When information is shared

Information may be shared with providers that support payment processing, hosting, security, analytics limited to store operation, protected content access, and Customer Care. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or during a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. RLM Media does not sell personal information for money.

8. Retention and security

Order, payment, library-access, storefront-activity, social-integration, and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, security, accounting, measurement, dispute, and legal purposes. Contact Us submissions are stored in a private server-side Customer Care queue and assigned a unique reference. Web Intelligence does not store a visitor's raw IP address: a private server-side resolver uses it only long enough to derive approximate city or regional context, then discards it. The random session identifier is stored only as a protected hash. Unverified legacy evidence is retained as excluded audit evidence and never included in audience totals. We use individual entitlements, hashed access tokens, encrypted provider credentials, server-side secrets, restricted content responses, and audit records. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may appeal or complain to a regulator. We may verify identity and retain information when legally required or necessary to complete a transaction, protect security, or resolve a dispute. RLM Media Command and RLM Worlds do not discriminate for exercising a privacy right.

10. Children

The storefront is directed to a general audience and purchases are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Family-oriented stories do not change the adult-purchaser requirement.

11. External links and international access

Links to Stripe, TikTok, other social platforms, or other services are governed by those services. Information may be processed where RLM Media or its providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as RLM Media Command, the storefront, or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Privacy questions, disconnection requests, deletion requests, and other rights requests may be submitted through the secure Contact Us form identified in the Legal & Customer Information Center.
