RLM Films Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

RLM Media Command and RLM Worlds are operated by Ramy Louis Media, LLC (RLM Media, we, us, or our). By using RLM Media Command or this storefront, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service, store, or purchase an edition.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract. Purchases are intended for adults. A person under the age of majority may use the store only with a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the transaction.

3. Digital-only products

RLM Worlds sells downloadable digital editions and streams selected short films. No physical product is shipped. After verified payment, RLM emails the purchaser private links for immediate download and permanent personal-library access on RLMfilms.com. The purchased publication is delivered through those protected links rather than as an email attachment or public file. Each product page identifies the format, price, included material, and access terms before checkout. Display colors and images may vary by device.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Applicable taxes or fees are displayed before payment when required. Payment is processed through Stripe; RLM Media does not store complete payment-card numbers. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the protected delivery entitlement is created. We may cancel and refund an order affected by pricing, availability, fraud, or technical error.

5. Protected delivery and refunds

After confirmed payment, the purchaser receives an email with private immediate-download and library links plus an individual permanent entitlement to the purchased edition. Legitimate ownership and repeat-download access do not expire. A security link may be refreshed when reasonably necessary to protect the purchaser, the service, or RLM intellectual property, without removing the purchaser's entitlement. Access may be suspended for a full refund, chargeback, fraud, legal takedown, or verified security incident. The detailed Downloads, Library Access & Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms. If delivery is not received, the edition is materially different from its description, or it cannot be opened as represented, contact Customer Care so we can restore access, correct the edition, or refund it as appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits a non-waivable consumer right.

6. Personal-use license

A purchase grants one purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, save, and view the purchased edition on personal devices for personal, non-commercial use. It does not transfer copyright or grant a right to resell, share credentials or protected links, redistribute, rehost, upload, publicly display, train a model on, remove rights notices from, circumvent access controls, or create a commercial derivative without written permission.

7. Films and site content

Store films, artwork, characters, worlds, names, music, writing, design, and software are owned by or licensed to RLM Media. Streaming a film does not grant a download or reuse right. Attempts to bypass playback, delivery, access, or security controls are prohibited.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the store, interfere with service, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, copy, extract, or republish store content.
• Do not impersonate another person, submit false order information, or use the store unlawfully.
• Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

9. TikTok integration

RLM Media Command connects only TikTok creator accounts that the founder is authorized to manage. TikTok Login Kit and user.info.basic identify the connected account; video.list supports read-only reporting for that account's public videos; and video.upload can transfer an exact, separately approved film as a private TikTok draft. Direct Post is disabled. Authorization alone never approves a film, and RLM Media Command does not automatically publish public TikTok posts. The founder performs the final review and public-post action inside TikTok and may disconnect an account at any time.

10. Third-party services

Checkout, hosting, delivery, and social integrations may use independent providers, including TikTok. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. RLM Media is not responsible for a third-party service outside its control, but we remain responsible for our own commitments to customers and authorized creators.

11. Availability and warranties

We work to keep RLM Media Command, the storefront, and protected customer libraries available and accurate, but online services can be interrupted. Except for rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the services are provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device or browser.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RLM Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service or store use. Any limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted and does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as RLM Media Command or the store changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively. Questions, order problems, and legal notices may be directed through the Customer Care channel shown in the Legal & Customer Information Center.
